Mastro Pizza, the master pizza.
As every master teaches, good pizza must have 4 basic ingredients: flour (of “type1” or “8 grain whole wheat”), tomato, mozzarella (from only hand processed Italian milk) and love. Only with these prerequisites can you create the true master pizza, the one that with the red of its tomato, the stringy mozzarella and the leavened crust, makes your mouth water.
Thanks to our rotating wood-fired oven, each slice of our pizza retains that fragrance and flavor typical of true Italian pizza, where the skill of the pizza makers does the difference and has made us famous all over the world.
The use of state of the art machinery allows us to prepare doughs with a 72-hour natural leavening for better digestibility.
